-Unlock Challenge Mode 

To unlock Challenge Mode, which allows you to go through and 

select any level you've played, beat the game once 

(a feat which is more difficult than it sounds). 

 

-Unlock Kelly-Level 3 

In order to unlock the third version of the Kelly, collect all 

of the Halley Cores in the game.  



-Easily Retrieve Energy Balls

Use the red hook item to retrieve your energy balls while their 

falling or when your flying past or over them; just be in range.



-Easter Egg: Developers Picture Room

In the Civilian Base 1 level, there is a room that cannot be 

accessed, but you can see it on the map when you look at the 

second large room; it is on the northern side. To get to it, you 

must first destroy all of the lights in the mission. They cannot 

be targetted, so you have to aim manually.
