Sonic Adventure 2 Issue
Well, Sonic Adventure 2 is finally out. You all remember my 1.4 version of
this guide, well, do you? It was only 23.1 KB (In html format). Now, ever
since the long wait for my 1.5 version, is now 86.7 KB! I have added a lot
more sections and have updated a lot too. This is the best guide yet. Hope
you like it. A lot more sections will be here.
!!!Guide looks different (on the web site)!!!
After extreme maintenance and hard work, my guide looks different at the
site www.envy.nu/tdawson25. If you are at the site, don't read this. It has
more color than ever! I finished early in the morning. I worked on this
guide day and night. I will make another site for my newest guide. It is
called "Chao guide." I need a partner to work on it with. If you to work
with me, please email me about it.

Sometimes when I put "(Beta will be before regular version)," There will be
a minor update on this guide. Don't freak out when you se it. It is just a
precaution. It will be here rarely. I know that betas are not supposed to be
posted. But I think they should. I will give you a warning when they come.

1. Introduction

A. Why I made this guide
I made this because people need to know if they are having problems beating
a level they should have the right to know how to beat it without wasting
money on the strategy guide. In the near future when this game comes out, I
will give very good details. I won't just say see that stone over there and
there are probably two stones. I will say you see that stone to the left
with moss on it (example). Some guides don't have that. When I update my
guide I will have more things to help you.
B. What is the use of this guide?
The use of this guide is to help out others who need help in Sonic Adventure
2. Another reason is if you are stuck at a level, you could read this and
hopefully get past the level. This is kind of a helpful guide.

Sonic Team is on its their 10th anniversary, and Sonic Team plans to
celebrate this wonderful event. Sonic Team plans to redefine the characters,
the game play, and even the Dreamcast! It is finally out to us in America
and around the world
The Sonic Team says the graphics are going to be twice as better as Sonic
Adventure. The textures and graphics are way farther ahead then anything
seen in any real-time game! Each level has been made to maximize the game
play and show the Dreamcast's true capabilities. Clipping of sound has been
totally eliminated. The new libraries of lighting and special effects are in
the works. The result of this will make a dream come true!
Tails is in the game! Thank GOD! All you Tails fans, he will not be off the
game! Take that all you Knuckles fans. He's not taking Tails' part in the
game! Thanks good for sure.
The Ultimate Hedgehog (a.k.a. Shadow) will be a new vital character and is
selectable! Some people will like him, but I won't like him as much as
Tails.
Anyway, the Chao are back and cuter then ever! They are robots! They tell
you they aren't regular chaos. They call them selves they are call "Omachao"
You will have to find and reunite Chao across the globe! The basic rules
with the Chao will be true in Sonic Adventure 2 too. You have find keys in
the action stages to get the real chaos. The pictures are real nice and when
you play the game, look at the character's shadow. It's not a circle
anymore; it looks more like real shadows.
Underwater will be planned out as well. No word on some Online play yet, but
I am sure that Sonic Team will make up something special for all of us Sonic
Fans. I think that Sonic Adventure 2 will be the best Sonic game ever! This

Sonic Adventure 2 is out finally! I can't believe it. For the longest time!
I must go buy the game. This is one of the best games they came out with. I
will update when I get the game. Then I must update every week to keep you
all up to date.
I have a lot of new sections in this guide and still am working on them. I
just hope it is playable online.
There are from just 3 players being known to 6 different players being
known. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles are on the good side. Eggman, Shadow, and
Rouge will be on the bad side. Finally in so long, 2 player action. No word
yet for online play. But the version when SA2 comes out, it will look
different. Look for section, "About Character" to find information about the
characters on Sonic Adventure 2. I might add characters from Sonic Adventure
Sonic Team said that there's a secret character. I wonder who it is...
(*-*). Probably (cough...Super Sonic)

Run on foot:
At the start of the City Escape level, instead of landing on the ground with
the board, scrape the roads on the board. When on foot run full speed at a
wall and get knocked down. Pause game play if you fall after hitting the
wall. Choose to restart the level to run on foot and not on the board.

11. Action Stage Help

SONIC
CITY ESCAPE:
First you have to watch that video when sonic escapes. Then the title screen
for the level City Escape. You fall from the sky and you skate downward.
Then there are 5 rings in front of you, then 5 rings to the right of you
after. Then some on the right of u. just keep going forward till u come to a
turn.
Quickly turn right or you will stop going fast. Then go downward a little.
Turn quickly left so you don't reduce speed. Then right in the middle of the
road, there is a ramp. Get on it and jump.
You will jump high and you will hit either a 20-ring box. Or if you are not
that good, you will get nothing. You will fall and turn to your left and
then to your right fast.
Then there is another ramp in the road. You can get on it or don't get on
it. Then you hope off your street board on to a flat surface. Then you will
see an Omachao, stairs, and a railing.
Take the stairs up and right in front of the bridge, there is an enemy that
will fall from the sky. Do the homing attack to kill hit fast. After you
kill him, there is 2 ways you can go. Left or right. For a faster way, go
right, if you want to run on the wall, go left.
There is an enemy right around the corner so be alert. Kill him and. You
will see 2 stairs, 1 railing, and an Omachao. Take the stairs and turn left.
Then again there is an enemy. Watch out and kill him. Then you will see 2
boxes stopping u from going into a passageway. Do a somersault (press B) and
they will break. Then you will see a railing and some steps. Get on the
railing by jumping. Jump on the next one. And zoom up to the top of that
ramp.
You can either jump on those moving blocks or take the stairs. I'm scared I
might die so I take the stairs. Then get the checkpoint. Run down the hills
going strait forward. Then it will turn you right and continue to go
downward. Then you will see 2 stairways, take anyone of them.
Once you're on the stairs, you can continue running up the stairs or kill
then go. At the top of the stairs, there is an enemy waiting for you. Kill
him. Run down the road in front of you. Then do a quick left. Run strait and
jump on the spring in front of you. You will be grinding. Go down it and
there is going to be two enemies waiting for you. Kill them.
Go down the stairs. Then you will see lift. Jump to it and it will bring you
up. Jump forward off of it. Hit the checkpoint. Continue going without
hitting an enemy (optional). Do a medium turn to the right. And continue to
do so. Start Going Strait. Get on the booster and let go of all controls. He
will spin around the turnpike and will start going down the side of the
building.
He will hit some springs and jump onto a pole. He will start spinning. You
can let go of the pole when you like (button A). Follow the sidewalk trail
and you should end up on an edge. Jump on the moving pillars and try not to
fall. Once you make it across, you should see a passage to go near a
railing. Slow down because there is an enemy waiting for you. Kill him and
slide down the railing.
Once you make it to the end of the first railing, hurry and jump to second
railing. Once you make it to the end of the second railing, hurry and jump
to third railing. If you are going fast enough, you will start swinging on a
pole. Wait till it makes a noise then jump off. Go through the checkpoint
and do a somersault (press button B). And a huge truck will start chasing
you.
Don't stop going. He will keep chasing you. Don't turn around. You will do
aright turn. You will keep going down till you do a U-turn. Keep going
strait and you will go under a bridge. The truck will hit the bridge and
stop. Keep going forward and you will jump of the road onto train tracks. Go
jump at the big ring and you beat the level.

12. Animal and Chao Boxes in Action Stage- new!!!

Animals
I am always finding new animals on the action stages. If you found any that
I haven't listed, please email it and I will give you credit.
Sonic:
City Escape:
1. Once you get off of riding the snowboard, keep going. To your right,
there are 4 boxes and you can only see 3. Destroy them and at the pipe,
whistle. And an animal will appear.
2. After you get the first animal, turn around and go to the bushes on the
left. The camera won't turn. You should see a raccoon at the end of the
bushes.
3. After you grind downward and on to an up going ramp, that says, "Nino
Pizza," jump down on the side. On the side of it you will see a pipe.
Whistle and an animal will appear.
4. Go up the stairs on your right from the moving pillars on your left. Once
you get up those stairs, go to the bench on your right. There should be a
raccoon under the bench.
5. One you get near a 2 stairs, destroy the cars and 2 animals will pop up
from two different cars. You should see the animals.
6. In the area where the ground is a wooden, go to the right side and look
for an animal. You should see a rabbit.
7. After grinding down the rails after the wooden ground place, go on the
ramp. Jump down and kill the enemies. Look to your right and you should see
4 boxes and only 3 could be seen. Destroy the boxes and whistle at the pipe,
a skunk should pop out.
8. After going down the stairs, you should see a level that will pull you
up. Go in the corner to the front left of it and you should see a rabbit in
the corner.
9. After going down the building wall, jump on the springs. Go back and look
on the other side of that ancient ruin statue. You should see a blue raccoon
on a bench.
10. Stay on the ground and go to the trashcan the enemy is near. Whistle at
the trashcan and a skunk will come out.
11. After going down the 3 railings, you start swinging on a pipe. Don't
swing away from the pipe. Instead, drop from the pipe. Go to the enemy on
your right. Turn around and you should see a pipe. Whistle and a sheep will
pop up.
12. After grinding down the 3 railings, go up the stairs. After doing that,
look and go to the right. Go behind the bushes. Behind the bush that is
further, there is a small animal ram.
13. After being chased by the GUN Truck and after you jump off to see the
big ring, look to the left of it. You should see 4 newspaper stands. Whistle
at them and you should get a skunk.
Chao Boxes:

City Escape:
1. After reaching the 2 stairs, go up them. After that, go up the middle
stair. Keep going till you see a little yellow banner. Jump on that part of
the block. You should see a Brown regular box and a Chao box. Open the Chao
box to get a Chao key.
2. After grinding down the rails after the wooden ground place, go on the
ramp. You should see a Chao box there too. Open it and you will get 4
animals. If you didn't get the first Chao box, you get the Chao Key.
3. The way to get the third box is to hang and jump off the horizontal
poles. In the third you should get a cool animal. Give this one to your best
Chao.

Chao, which is made by playing with the Chao with a good character, or you
can make a Dark Chao, which is made by using evil characters

Types of Chao: This will be updated soon.
B. Chao Gardens:
The way to get into the Chao Gardens is to find the key in the Action
Stages. Here, you can hatch and raise the Chao. The Chao Gardens are
peaceful and quiet places so they can relax.
Regular Chao Gardens: This is where you can hatch and raise your very own
Chao.
Hero Garden: This Chao Garden is where the good Chao stay. The only way you
can get it is by doing something special in the game. It is filled with
happiness and peace
Dark Garden: This Chao Garden is where your're evil Chao go. It is filled
with darkness and chaos.
C. Chao Race:
The Chao races are back. Raise your Chao to participate in this very special
competition. If you win, your Chao will be rewarded with gifts and toys.

15. Previous and Future Sonic Games- new!!!

Previous:
Sonic the Hedgehog (Genesis): This is the first Sonic game out. It only has
Sonic in it.
Sonic the Hedgehog (Game Gear): This is the first Sonic game for game gear.
Sonic is the only person on the game.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (Genesis): The sequel on Sonic the Hedgehog. It has a
new character we known to love, Tails.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (Game Gear): The second Sonic game for Game Gear. Tails
is in here, which is good.
Sonic & Knuckles: This is a game where only Sonic and Knuckles are playable.
Tails isn't on here. Man this is a stupid game without Tails.
Sonic CD: The game that is available only for Sega CD only. Amy makes her
debut in this game. She is not playable till Sonic Adventure.
Sonic the Hedgehog 3/ Sonic and Knuckles: The trilogy of Sonic the hedgehog
series. Tails starts flying in this game. Knuckles have his debut in this
game. He is only playable in versus mode. He can't glide until Sonic and
Knuckles.
Sonic Chaos: (coming soon)
Sonic Spinball: The very first Sonic pinball game. Some folks consider this
to be the hardest Sonic game. I consider it is the hardest. I never made it
passed the 2nd level. That is sad.
Sonic Triple Trouble: (coming soon)
Knuckles' Chaotix: Here is Kuckles' first solo title. It also features the
premier of Mighty the Armadillo, Vector the Crocodile Espio the Chameleon,
Charmy Bee, Heavy and Bomb as the Chaotix.
Sonic Drift 2: Here is the first Sonic-racing game released in the U.S.
Sonic Labyrinth: Another Sonic Game Gear title in which Sonic has to find
his way through a maze and smash into enemies.
Sonic 3D Blast: Here is the first 3D Sonic game for Sega Saturn to take the
place of the cancelled Sonic X-Treme.
Sonic Jam: Here is a major compilation of the original Sonic Series: Sonic
1, 2, and 3/ Sonic and Knuckles. Also included is the 3D action museum know
as Sonic World showing the history of Sonic from 1991- 1997, music from all
the games, pictures and lots more. It's a must have if you enjoy the
original Sonic series.
Sonic R: One of the Sonic games that you can race with. It has the original
characters, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and Dr. Robotnik. And there are
more characters I didn't mention. It is also an online game.
Sonic Adventure: Dr. Robotnik is trying to take over the world again. He is
starting by destroying Station Square. Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles are back
and ready for action. Amy (also Sally) has come back and now she is a
playable character. There is a big cat named Big the Cat. Dr. Robotnik has a
new series of robots. They are called the 100 series. E 102 'Y' is the only
playable robot. The mecha Sonics are back, but they are still in the
regenerate machine. They play no part in the game. They are not playable
Sonic Pocket Adventure: Here is the newest hand held Sonic game for a system
that doesn't belong to Sega, the Neo Geo Pocket Color. SPA is a 2D-side
scroller that mostly resembles Sonic 2 and some elements of Sonic 3 so it's
like putting a classic Sonic game on a hand-held system.
Sonic Shuffle: This Sonic game is similar to the Nintendo 64's Mario Party -
except with Sonic characters (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy Rose and FOUR
hidden characters). This game has several dozens of mini-games and many
other features to keep Sonic fans busy with their favorite characters. Also,
a new villain named Void debuts in this game.
Sonic Adventure 2: (What this guide is about. DUH!) Well... If you want info
about it, here it goes. It is the newest Sonic game out already. The
graphics are stunning! Just imagine Sonic Adventure x2. I will leave you
with this... "Are you ready for the revolution in Sonic play?"
Future:
Sonic Advance: The first Sonic game on a console that has a Sonic game
besides computer. He is on Nintendo's new game system called, "Gameboy
Advance." This is a Gameboy Color with style and luxury. L.O.L. (more to

21. About Me

When I was little, my parents asked me, "Which console do you want, a
Nintendo or a Sega." I said I would like Sega. It was the first Sega (Master
System). I liked Sonic because he was the only Sonic Team character. Then
when Tails came out, I liked him till today and will always be my favorite
character. I became smarter now and started saving this guide on a disk in
safekeeping. Why am I so fantasized with Sonic Team? This is my first guide.

Here is my Sonic Comic. I come up with it my self. I use a little
