-Chainsaw 

Beat the game once, save and load the new data. Then, in the 

Forest World, near the car, search for a cut trunk, the Chainsaw 

is right beside it. 



-Eileen's Nurse Costume

Costume Complete the game on any skill level and then restart 

using the same save. Check room 302 for the costume. It can be 

selected on the 3rd run through.



-Cynthia's Special Costume

Finish the game with all four endings on one slot. Start a new 

game and select Eileen's nurse uniform to have Cynthia wearing her 

special costume.



- 1 weapon mode:

To get 1 weapon mode, you have to beat the game once in Brand New 

Fear File with any ending in hard mode and get 10 Stars. 



- All Weapon Mode:

Beat the game with any ending on hard with the 1 weapon mode. 



- Eileen's Sub-Machine Gun:

To unlock Eileen's Sub-machine gun beat the game in hard in a 

Brand New Fear File and get at least 9 stars. If done correctly: 

You can get the Sub-machine gun in your first visit of the 

Apartment World in room 102. 



-Brand New Fear mode

Successfully complete the game under any difficulty. Save the game 

after the credits complete to unlock the "Brand New Fear" option .
