Fix the Network Machine on Island 1. This is done by getting both
the Sapphire and Ruby (in game items) and bringing them to the
machine
Link up with a Ruby/ Saphirre version and ONLY TURN THE FIRE RED/
LEAF GREEN game on. Then, on the "Press Start" Screen, press
B+Select and follow the written instuctions
In order to do this, you will need Ruby or Sapphire, two GBA's,
and a link cable. When the game gets to the start up menu, press
select and B. Then press A on the next screen. Next, put the link
cable in. Make sure the purple tong is in the GBA with FR/LG, and
the grey one is in the GBA with R/S. Press A to do the transfer.
When you start up the second GBA, with R/S in it, press Select and
Start on the Gameboys default screen to fix the time glitch in
R/S.
To do this you need an Itemfinder. You must also have Surf, and be
able to travel to Two Island. Travel to the north of Two Island,
and you will see a lake. Surf in it, and find a little one space
platform on the right side BEFORE you go up the waterfall. Step on
it, and use itemfinder. You will obtain a PP Max, a useful item
which is used to bring any move to its highest amount of PP,
resulting in maximum use before using an Ether/Elixir/Max Ether/
Max Elixir or going to a Pokémon Centre to heal.
Once you have beaten the Elite 4 and have more then 60 pokemon in
the pokedex, go to Pallet Town and see the Professor. He gives you
and Gary the National Dex, which allows you to view the entries of
all 386 pokemon.
1.Go to a poke mart and examine the sheet of paper on the counter
and type in the words LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL
2.You will then get mystery gift now go to wonder news in the
mystery gift and link together with somebody
3.Now go to the pokemon center and go to the top floor speak to
the green guy to get a aurora pass.
4.now speak to the sailor in vermillion city and go to birth
island.
5.complete a puzzle with a big triangle brick
6.once it is fully red save it and battle deoxys
7.Catch deoxys and your done ( he is level 30 )
TIP: I have included this tip because deoxys is exremly hard to
catch.Use a master ball if you have one by the way.Try to get
deoxys on to a low line of health like on red and get him to sleep
after throw ultra balls at him and try to catch him it took me 192
tries to catch him. Use weak pokemon around the level 40 mark to
catch him.
Go to Island Four and go to the lowest house and talk to the man
inside and do the following things:

If you use surf on the right of the harbor ( the walkway between
the sailor that checks your ticket and the ship it self) and keep
going to the right with surf, you'll see a pickup truck on a new
harbor. If you go down to the bottom of the harbor and check
around on the floor, you'll find a lava cookie!
The way you do this is, DON'T go on the S.S.Anne, and DON'T
Recieve CUT from the captain. You must recieve cut from a pokemon
traded from a friend who has CUT, or get a friend who has CUT to
teach one of your pokemon CUT. This way, it won't be nessesary to
go on the S.S Anne. Later on when you learn surf, come back and
the ship will still be there. Now you'll be able to use surf on
the right of the harbor connecting to the S.S.Anne. Keep surfing
right and you'll find the pick up truck
At any time during the game, go in to a PokeMart and check the
note on the desk. This will bring up a four word entry screen.
Enter the phrase "Link Together With All." When finished, the
cashire will mention that the Mystery Gift option will be
available from the main menu after you save your game and toggle
system power.
When you use an item on one of your Pokemon outside of a battle,
such as a Potion, the Pokemon will either move closer or away from
you in the short intermission sequence. How far the Pokemon moves
depends on how much it likes you. If it does not move at all, it
feels neutral.
Enter the Saffron City Gym, and step onto the warp panel.
Now, go: North, South, South, North, South, North, North, South,
South, North, North, North, South, South. You will now be in
Sabrina's room, without having to fight any battles.
This only works on grass. Once you obtained CUT, you can cut the
grass so you won't find any Pokemon.
In the safari zone , stand in any grassy area. Instead of moving
left and right, just tap left or tap right so that your character
turns but you dont move. By doing this, you'll still run into
random encounters but your time in the safari zone will not
decrease.
There are places in the game where important people/Pokemon have
stood at one point. If you use the Itemfinder on the EXACT spot
where they were, a special item will be found which is usually
very rare. You cannot find these items any other way
Leftovers
Use Itemfinder where Snorlax was near Cycling Road and Silence
Bridge.
Macho Brace
Use Itemfinder where Giovanni was in Viridian Gym.
Sacred Ash
Use Itemfinder where Ho-Oh was in Navel Rock.
Soothe Bell
Use Itemfinder where Mr. Fuji was in the Pokemon Tower.
Go to any Poke Mart and click on the clipboard near the
shopkeeper. The clipboard is a questionaire. Type in the 4 words
"Link Together With All" and the shopkeeper should notice and
gives you access to the Mystery Gift system. Save the game and
restart. At the Front Menu, there should be a new option called
"Mystery Gift" With Mystery Gift, you can unlock many things.
Pokemon at Altering Cave will change as well.
Aurora Ticket/Deoxys
you can now download the Aurora Ticket at Nintendo Events.
This allows you to go to Birth Island, where Deoxys is located
Mystic Ticket/Lugia and Ho-Oh
you can download the mystic ticket at Nintendo Events allowing
you to go to Navel Rock, where Lugia and Ho-Oh are located.
On Two Island, there is a woman in a house on the Northern part of
the island. If your starting Pokemon likes you enough, and is
first in your party, then she will teach it Frenzy Plant, Blast
Burn, or Hydro Cannon, depending on the starter you picked. Frenzy
Plant is for Venusaur. Blast Burn is for Charizard. Hydro Cannon
is for Blastoise.
every time you encounter a pokemon you have a 1/8192 chance of the
pokemon being a different color, this is called a shiny pokemon
Okay, you know how when you leave a pokemon in day care it gains
1 exp for every step you take, right? Well, if you can get to a
waterfall (Or mudslide in R/S/E) put a poke in day care and have
you character face the waterfall. Then find something to hold the
Up arrow down. A rock, or whatever. Then go to sleep, watch TV or
do whatever. Your character will keep trying to go up but falling
down, and you will gain EXP for each step.
Follow these steps to quickly catch the Legendary Beasts
1. Buy 20 repels, any kind.
2. Get a Pokemon that's level 49 or lower and put it in the lead.
3. Go to the guard post that connects Route 11 and Route 12, near
Diglett's Tunnel.
4. Enter the Guard Post and use a repel.
5. Exit the post - towards Route 11.
6. Walk around in the grass for about 20 steps.
7. If it doesn't appear, go back into the guard post. The location
of the beast will reset.
8. Repeat steps 4 - 6 until it appears. It shouldn't take more
than 15 minutes.
